AFFILIATE AGREEMENT and TERMS OF SERVICE You , "the affiliate", wishes to enter into a non-exclusive agreement with bdsm-event.com to share in a percentage of the revenue generated from those individuals that are sent to bdsm-events.com using a URL with your affiliate identification ID attached. We, "bdsm-events.com", agrees to enter into a non-exclusive agreement and pay you a percentage of the revenue generated from those individuals that are referred to the above mentioned website as long as you adhere to the referal guidelines. YOUR COSTS This affiliate program is offered to you without cost to you other then your normal expenses for the operation of your website. There are no hidden fees or hold backs. THE REVENUE bdsm-events.com is charging a $4.00 FEE for mailing lists subscriptions on its website. These fees are charged for the intention to restrict access to the information provided via our mailing list, by minor children. The "revenue" will only consist of proceeds from mailing list subscription sale. Any other revenues that bdsm-events.com may receive from time to time are not included within the terms of this agreement. Other items may be included in the future at the sole discreation of bdsm-event.com. THE REFERRAL AND PROMOTION GUIDELINES The following will be accepted as referrals. A specially encoded link identifying you to our site, connected to the banner below. The banner will be served from our site, there is no need to download this banner to your website. You may promote this banner by placing it on your website. You may place the specially encoded link in the signiture area of your outgoing mail without the banner. You may NOT promote this banner thru unsolicited email distribution or via newsgroups. Anyone found violating this policy will be suspended. Once suspended affiliates are not paid and their future sales are not booked under their affiliate identification ID. AFFILIATE MANAGEMENT Our affiliate program is managed in cooperation with iBill. iBill will track all sales referred by you and you will have a special login at iBill to gain access to reports regarding the sales generated from you referrals. At this time payment for your share of the revenue, in accordance with the payout dates below, will be issued by check directly from bdsm-events.com. We have done this because iBill's minimum payout is currently $50.00 and we thought that was to high. THE REVENUE SHARE PERCENTAGE We agree to give you 25% of the gross revenue for mailing list subscriptions, generated from your referrals. Why such a high payout percentage? Remember the primary purpose of the fees we charge is to keep the minor children out of our mailing lists. It is simular to an adult verification system. Also, we are part of this community and want to see it and your site grow, hopefully this revenue will be of value to help defer your costs. Example #1: Someone you refer to our website pays for (3) mailing list. Their total would be $12.00 for the (3) mailing lists, your share of this amount would be $3.00 Example #2: Someone you refer to our website pays for (1) mailing list. Their total would be $4.00 for the (1) mailing list, your share of this ammount would be $1.00 THE PAYOUT DATES AND DISBURSMENT MINIMUMS Affiliates are paid by check directly from bdsm-events.com twice per month on the 8th and the 22nd of each month. Each payout date covers the 2-week billing period that ended approximately 3 weeks prior. This means that the payout of the 8th is for all transactions that took place from the 1st through the 15th of the previous month and the payout of the 22nd is for all transactions that took place from the 16th through the end of the previous month. Affiliates are paid based on the pre-determined split established elsewhere in thid agreement. At this time the minimum amount that a check will be issued for is $20.00. If your balance due is below that amount on the payout date the current balance will be carried forward to the next period. CHARGEBACK AND REFUNDS If at any time a chargeback or refund is issued to a subscriber that paid fees thru your referral, your percentage of the amount returned to the subscriber will be posted against your affiliate account. To date we have never had a chargeback or refund, and we would like to keep it that way. The goal here is to provide a quality service to the community, anyone found providing misleading advertising will be suspended. EFFECTIVE DATE This agreement was place into effect on August 25th, 2000. It may be superceded at any time in the future.
